BUT, with the most recent update, i have been unable to access the pass. it keeps saying "this event is mot open yet." so i cant get any of my daily achievements from it. it'll still give me the exclamation point showing ive gotten an achievement but i cant see it. and if theres any like player support where i can ask abt the issue in app im not sure where it is :( regardless i still love the game and cant wait to see how it progresses! ### 5/5 — This game is so charming! *2023-02-09, version 1.0.34* I have been aware of Space Leaper: Cocoon since the trailers were first releasing before it came out. I was hesitant, and unsure if the game would turn out as good as it looked. To my surprise, it brought so much to the table that it’s hard for me to put down sometimes! Pros: •Game has excellent graphics that compliment the atmosphere. •Characters are charming and well written to feel like their own people. •The gameplay is automized, but rewards good placement of Leapers and keeping your Leapers alive. It doesn’t feel entirely mindless •The Neutron Stars are very fun to go through, and help bring more thought to combat. •You do not need to pay a single penny to get all the items you need. All items can be gained through missions and by doing Bounties •Story is a fun ride to go through, and lets you see the characters all talk. Cons: •The character selection is slightly small for my taste, but since this is a new release I can guess that more characters will be added over time •It can be easy at times if you keep your core party members at their current max level. Otherwise, this game is very much worth your time, don’t skip over this game due to not many reviews. ### 1/5 — I CAN'T sign-in, anymore! *2023-01-15, version 1.0.34* I USED to enjoy this game, but after a while of not playing it, I've forgotten my password. Devs NEED to STOP signing people out of games after every Update! I understand it's for Security reasons, but alot of people use Pins! And while alot of people do use Pins, people like me have Our phones on us 24/7, so this "Security Measure" is just like MicroSoft's Credit Card Requirement to use Gift Cards: It's stupid and pointless! Not only that, but I have requested a Password Reset for my Account a few times, prior to this Review, and I have NOT even gotten even a single Password Reset E-Mail! ### 4/5 — The Gatcha Is Difficult *2023-01-02, version 1.0.34* I Have Been Trying to pull a certain character WestyWood Was who I wanted to complete my collection and All I keep Getting Is Clara or Becky. I dont really want them Im sorry for over reacting but To my point on getting who I want is a slim to none chance. If I Can Get her through mail or gift I would be happy. The people who created this game did a good job but the gatcha is hard. Can You Make It Easier for me? I truly enjoy the light grinding it has, more so with casual gameplay than events. I was one of the many who preordered and made some decent progress with Leaper collecting and leveling. But I recently got back to the game after a few updates and it seems my account has been lost. I tried signing in with my Apple ID and the login failed, thus making me restart the entire game! I’m not sure if I have to play through the entire tutorial again in order to get the preorder items I lost, or my account is lost for good. I hope there’s some way to recover it. ### 5/5 — High Quality and Entertaining *2022-11-30, version 1.0.34* When I first got this game I mentally prepared myself for the myriad of money grubbing gacha games chocked full of ads and pay to play, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that couldn’t be further from this game. First, it has a number of features which it introduces and improved upon throughout gameplay. My favorite part is that even low star characters can become as powerful as any other character through upgrades and that there are such a large variety of daily activities which can help in that process. Second I appreciate that the game rewards you for strategy and taking the time to place your Leapers carefully. It makes winning a difficult battle more satisfying and the experience of fighting many times in a row less repetitive. My one real gripe (which I’m guessing comes from the localization) is that occasionally text seems to be missing from the conversations with the Leapers. ### 5/5 — A game worth while *2022-11-20, version 1.0.34* It takes a while to understand the mechanics, but the unique mechanics is one of the draws. There were times where I was able to beat a more powerful enemy by tactically rearranging my units, not a thing that would be possible in most games. The game is generous, but let’s face it all new games usually are until they can get a larger following. The style is to die for, I love the colorful and futuristic feel. It is still under construction so there are some things that need to be dealt with. Overall it is a good game for those who are looking for a new way to waste time. ### 5/5 — Password isn’t working *2022-11-20, version 1.0.34* I don’t know how else to reach customer support cause I can’t sign into the game basically I’ve had the game since launch and stoped playing it around the beach event and I want to get back into it but it keeps telling me that my password has to be between 6-20 characters and I’ve changed my password I think 4 times now each with a different length but that message keeps popping up. I don’t know how else to fix it. Besides this issue the game itself is good with the character design and music. ### 4/5 — Great game! *2022-11-05, version 1.0.34* This game is an awesome experience and a terrific game to pass the time!! The cast is full of colorful, lovable characters, the gameplay is simple but addicting, and the gacha system is so far so good! Though I will admit, I do think there is something lacking with the game. To me it feels like a copy and paste of many other gacha games, and many aspects of it seem rather hollow and generic. The game truly has potential to go above and beyond the majority of it’s genre yet it stays in this sort of box and for me that just makes it have less worth than it could have. Altogether, it could definitely improve with the uniqueness of it’s gameplay; but I still do think it’s a great game! Just sort of underwhelming. Not only that but the system of type verses has not ones ever mattered ones The entire time I’ve played and some of them are so under powered that there is zero and I mean zero reason to pick them, I get that your higher ranking ones are supposed to be strong but man just don’t bother. I spent about 30 or so dollars on this and doesn’t feel like a big difference which is good but know I just feel like it’s so hollow like this game is beautiful it is just great art style but it just needs more life, like breaking the fourth wall don’t just break it smash it go nuts stop playing safe stop being a cut out of ever single gacha we’ve all seen!
