I really enjoyed this game until the v2.03 update. Because from that update, I lost everything.
I would've given this 5 stars if you still kept my progress after the update.

Bug fixes! Renewed interest! There have been some issues, but they're starting to be addressed, and I think it's time to look at this game again.

The first Space Miner is a classic and if you haven't played it, it's definitely worth checking out.

The sequel unfortunately doesn't live up to its predecessor, the story moves fairly quickly at first, but after you've mastered how to play it slows down massively and it really becomes either a slog to get the resources to move on to the next level to continue the story (it takes a long time), or a money pit, if you're prepared to pay to progress more quickly.

If you enjoy competing against others, the competitive element will probably keep you engaged, but if you came from the first Space Miner, hoping for another engaging story.  You will be disappointed.

No support or messages to the developers are returned nor are any future plans unveiled: they have been quiet for a year at this point. 

DL the game for fun, don't expect it to become a staple of play.   

It was a great game with lots of potential, unfortunately they apparently have no clue how to harness said potential.

Its a fun game for the most part , but the controls get stuck often . I have back out of the game often to unstick the controls . It happens most often in pvp .

I am a big fan of the first game so I was ecstatic to find this one. It doesn't have quite the charm or humor of the first game but I more than makes up for it by having unlimited sectors to blow things up in, and the pvp aspect is fun too.  

Four stars because the game feels a bit abandoned. The official forum is dead and there is no in game explanation on what the various stats do (for example, what is shield delay and why do I want it to be a smaller number?). The guild contracts need variety and there aren't many guilds to choose from and most of them are full of mostly freeloaders.  

I hope that the game is making enough money to make it worth continuing development.

The original Space Miner was on of the best iOS games ever, in my opinion. Shame to see it sell out to pay to play.  This version is okay, but i always feel the game logic is biased toward those willing to pay to progress. 

An opportunity missed.

I’ve been playing this game on and off since it came out. I can’t believe it is not more popular! This game is truly free to play no ads and no hassle. You can throw the developers a bone though and get a jump! Join a guild, shoot asteroids, build a base, pvp. Things get very interesting in competition as you max level. There’s some dedicated players reviving this game. Heartily recommended!

The game is great. Been playing it for years. And I did just recently nice to the iOS a couple months ago. Still just as fun.
I'm having a couple issues though that are a bit annoying. Like all the dots on the radar look the same. Other deep colours would be better. It's hard to see tiny orange dots while looking through a heavy crowd of green ones. And the PvP missions seem a bit unfair. I haven't had a fair match in a long time. They are all much more powerful than me.
But otherwise the game has been fun.
I just hope you add more to the game. It's been years since I first started playing and I haven't noticed any new add-ons. Just fixes really.

This game is already amazing but here are some update ideas that could make it even better!

1. You could be a mining drone as well

2.you can enter your outposts

3.you can make your own mining drones and make them look anyway you want and then send them off into space, and they would come back every few minutes with credits and scrap metal (after you build a certain building)

4. The chat has been lagging a bit so pls fix that

This game is absolutely fantastic! It has the build a base gameplay like Clash of Clans but it adds a new dimension with being able to control the player during attacks. It does give me a little bit of lag during some animations but overall I give it five stars!
