Hate to bash the good folks that put this together but this is pretty bad. Longer videos fail to load, and when they do load, they time out and the app crashes. I've tried it over LTE, wifi, fails every time. 

Furthermore, app support link takes you to the space needle site. That's a poor user experience if you ask me. If you really want people to use your app, provide a direct help link in the app support link, not just send the user to some web page.

Interesting, but when I attempt the 360 views, I get double images!i would like to see views of Elliot Bay and Mount Rainier!

How about Real Time views via webcam?
