It's not allowing children to use their own ways to figure the math out. This app breaks down multiplication into small organized pieces. They show expressions visually with many methods to cater to the different ways that people learn. Not only does this app help you learn your multiplication but it also shows you the how/why behind it in a very simple and esthetically pleasing way. I appreciate the thought that went into this app to organize useful concepts into ways that fully engage the brain without overwhelming it. Icing on the cake is that it’s done in an incredibly fun OG arcade game with purpose. 10/10 absolutely recommend for all skill levels. **Developer response:** Thanks so much for your comments playertrue! I think everyone who is a kid or adult will definitely love this game. It has updated since the trailer and there is an arcade mode and cool power ups! I love playing this game because there are lots of special effects and alien creatures you get to blow up. There isn’t any blood or gore and it is just simply an effect that makes them cut in half, without any violence. The aliens are named The Dividers (haha) and they get harder to destroy as you go up to new times table levels. The levels go up to 12 and are great and fun to play! I am only up to 8 but I am so excited to move up all the way to 12! The arcade version is also really great. You can either select New Game or Single Table, and Single Table just means you can practice whichever one you like! If you need to work on your multiplication tables, I strongly suggest this game. It is soooo fun and I absolutely adore playing it. Seriously, I can’t get my square eyes away from the screen! DOWNLOAD SPACE PIG MATH TODAY!!!! Oh and also it does ask you to pay money….
