Several times I have tried to book an appointment with a certain tech and it won’t let me pick a time. I call the salon and they are able to accommodate me. What’s the point of this app if it doesn’t allow you to book an appointment when the tech is available?

My nail salon uses this to check in and earn points!! It does a great job and makes checking in easier!!!! The only complaint I have is that I can’t book my appointments on the app cause I can never get it to pull up😭
