It constantly logs me out which means I can’t use the app until I go into my workplace, as I need to send the confirmation code to my work email to reactivate the app, which negates the whole point of having an app to book desks outside of work. The UI is horrible and extremely buggy, the service is very slow, the floorplans of the office with the desks loads as if we’re all back on dialup again. Can’t believe companies actually pay for this. ### 1/5 — The worst app i use *2026-05-19, version 2.7* One of the worst apps I have to use. Claude should be able to take this out in 45 minutes of work. My company really needs to ditch this. ### 1/5 — Terrible!! *2026-01-20, version 2.6* The whole point of an app is that it keeps you logged in. Well not this app, it logs you out all the time. What’s worse is the log in box does not appear to allow autocomplete so you need to type your email in every time. App is worse than the web site which is also not great. Don’t waste your time getting this app ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2025-11-29, version 2.6* Either saying it’s unable to submit request or never receiving verification code in email. ### 2/5 — Incredibly bad UX *2025-08-08, version 2.6* This app is a poster e child for the importance of hiring UX designers. To book the desk I sit at Every Single Day, I need to tap at least 10 times after opening the app, with pauses between some so I have to wait. It’s not that it takes all that long; I can do it while riding the elevator, it’s just so annoying that most people have given up, so there are conflicts between those who got in early and those who reserved the desk earlier. If you’re a business: don’t buy this. It will cause employee stress and conflict. ### 1/5 — Can’t even login *2025-07-01, version 2.6* This app has you send a verification code to your email. I put my work email in and I do not receive a verification code at all. I know it’s valid as I can receive emails about my check in but I’d like to use this app when I don’t have my laptop with me. ### 5/5 — Updated review *2024-04-10, version 2.6* The app generally works for me. I updated my review because they fixed the problem they were having for one day where the app and website were out of commission. Otherwise I haven’t had issues with it and it seems intuitive. ### 1/5 — Latest update rends app unusable *2024-04-08, version 2.6* Hopefully this is corrected soon. But currently, the app is unusable. Every time you try to select, well, ANYTHING, it kicks you out of the app completely. Disappointing. ### 1/5 — Please roll back *2024-04-08* The new update doesn’t work. Please roll back to the last one. ### 1/5 — Crashing *2024-04-08, version 2.6* App has been working fine until last week. Over the weekend I tried to reserve a desk and the app started crashing with “oops something went wrong” upon loading.
