Kinda wish there was two things. A skirmish mode with different enemy squads, and more weapon/gear sharing, or just extra units that can wield the same weapons. 2-4 scouts with rifles running through levels would help me beat some of the missions in time where I tend to get slowed down fighting everything otherwise. Hopefully one or both of these ideas appear in Spaceland 2! ### 2/5 — What’s Yours Is Mine *2026-05-11* There seems to be 2 types of tactical games these days. Either they are so convoluted with crazy difficult upgrade paths that they require online guidance at every turn or are meant to be played by grade schoolers. This falls in the second camp, which is fine as it focuses only on tactical decision making that is easy to digest. The problem is the terrible snowflake PC storyline. Catching someone robbing your base blind and ignoring it as Ok is not Ok. I should have the option to ionize his cells into worm food, but I don’t. If that action is too extreme for its intended audience then don’t write in a thief narrative or give the option to apprehend the criminal. Setting the example that robbing people is justifiable is an extremely bad message to send. Get Off My Lawn! ### 4/5 — Good game..too short. *2026-03-03, version 1.7.3* I like the game, good graphics and animations, nice maps. Reminds me of xcom enemy unknown, Laser Squad, and Rebelstar 2 (zx spectrum). However, it is annoying when you purchase all the Missions with saved coins but only about 3 or 4 appear as a Daily Mission. Why aren’t the other 8 available? Sick of playing the same ones over and over, and the other campaigns are too expensive at $7.99 a pop. ### 2/5 — Lack of transparency *2025-11-09, version 1.7.3* This games a demo, and the real game costs 8$ expansions not included. Which isn’t a terrible price actually. But if you’re only offering a demo, and not the full game, then that is something that really needs to be made clear. Not revealed sometime later after you’ve downloaded and played the game. When it says spend $5 to unlock the game that's only actually unlocking the first part of the game. This game is not worth the 5 dollars per mission considering it’s a click and shoot. With the 20 dollars it would cost to unlock the full game you could go on steam and find a hundred better games. За 1500 я получу 21 уровень, ну такая себе перспектива то… накинуть еще 500 и лучше xcom взять, там хоть понятно за что платишь. Hat sonst Spaß gemacht , also die 5-10 min zu spielen. ### 1/5 — Just a cash grab (devs please read) *2026-04-09, version 1.7.3* I used to play a sci fi strategy game called Marc’s of boom, that was the best game EVER but it got shut down and I was devastated until I found this, a pretty good replacement. The game its self is well done, great strategy, awesome graphics, epic animations and I love how you craft new weapons, but you can only play FOUR SHORT MISSIONS and then you have to pay EIGHT BUCK FOR EACH OTHER MISSION! Why do you do this devs. I would give you zero but… I CANT!!! I’m uninstalling. It’s not worth it. Very reminiscent of the old X –com style games. ### 5/5 — Top *2026-04-02* I love the graphics, the gameplay is very intuitive, the story is cute. The strategic, round based fight system is fun, the last two levels were very easy, but there is a harder difficulty setting. There are some nice gimmicks, to make it versatile, such as bridges that drop their inhabitants into the abyss, when you kick barrels onto them. I like it. I don’t think 6€ is a lot to pay for the obvious effort that went into this. It just feels very clean overall. Это отличный пошаговый тактический сюжетный проектик, с достаточно хардкорными условиями. Каждый не верный шаг это смерть. Патронов не хватает, а монстры всё ближе и никто не говорит что надо делать. Очень классный проект, который дарит необычные забытые эмоции когда игра не ведет тебя за ручку, и нужно продумывать каждый свой следующий шаг.
