Will be excited to delete it. The app will not open, as soon as I click on it, it glitches and closes. I cannot see any information from the school or answer or receive messages. I have tried uninstalling and re installing and it did nothing. I have checked all my settings and everything is correct. How you can sell this app to schools is beyond me. Our school chat shows most parents are having the same issue at the moment. They either do not show at all, or show up as a pop up - but take a month or more to show in the message feed. Even then, after not using the app over the holidays, I receive a heap of notifications (they only show partial info in the banner) for messages from the school, but cannot read them in the feed. The feed shows old messages but when trying to scroll, the display glitches and jumps back all over the timeline for old messages a year ago and won’t access anything within the last 5 months. Logged in and out and reinstalled the app. Tried to login online via a browser but no functionality for that. Tried contacting support but doesn’t seem to have any support for apps unless I’m a paying customer. Only the schools seem to get support and as a recipient of their messages/parent I cannot get app support.
