There is definitely no VPN or proxy and nothing is blocking any form of communication the problem only occurs in SpaceWalker has there been a recent update that couldn’t inhibit Pluto TV from streaming in the UK? ### 4/5 — Great *2026-08-20, version 1.9.31* I love these glasses. Just a shame they hurt my ears after a while. ### 2/5 — Xreal is better *2026-08-12, version 1.9.31* Super disappointing. The whole experience sucks. Cant get a good screen size. Anchor mode is super shaky, moves and changes size on its own. To make any of the features work you have to log into all your streaming services on the app. Which is almost impossible. Half the time I can’t get the sound to work, or it doesn’t save my settings for each mode I switch to, or it randomly disconnects. I do like the app and hope it gets better in time but it does get extremely frustrating at the moment. Using it with the cities beast which only just came out this year so maybe it’s a growing pain. ### 2/5 — Glass Control using Apps *2026-06-20, version 1.9.27* The glass is cool but please make it possible for the App to be used to control the glass settings when connected using the USB, the controls using the glass frame side buttons are too complicated. ### 2/5 — Superfluous, gimmicky, poorly designed *2026-05-31* Spacewalker app currently does not support copy/ paste which is a major oversight. I have long passwords and typing them into the app is impossible because closing the app to consult my password manager via multitasking undoes my progress typing the password in the app. The feedback page in the spacewalker app on ios also doesn’t allow me to submit feedback, because the keyboard covers the “submit feedback” button, and there’s no way to close the keyboard without leaving the page. The text is not saved. The head tracking crashes and greys out after a couple of minutes, the trackpad is clunky and doesn’t seem to have a simple pinch-zoom feature in the browser, a couple of times it failed to see my glasses or adapter and was stuck at the connect your device screen until I restarted my iPad. Please update. ### 1/5 — Poorly vibecoded software *2026-08-10, version 1.9.31* The 3d function opens two images , and they don't allow youmto setup. Garbage. ### 1/5 — Horrible App Amazing XR Glasses *2026-08-02, version 1.9.29* If ur an iPhone user this app is useless. Can’t watch any of my current Apple movie library in this app. When trying to watch movies without the SpaceWalker app through  TV the screen just mirroring basically the glasses go black every few minutes. I invested a lot of money into the Beast XR glasses plus all of the accessories. Its time the Devs recognized the constant problems regarding iOS. I don’t hear these complaints from android users. Please update the app so it is as perfect as the android users walker app. Over the last yr there have been constant issues for iPhone or iPad users. It’s time the Dev team work these out. Or these are just expensive annoying bricks that look like AR glasses. Also if ur a Mac or iPhone user don’t buy the neckband another item that was really only intended for Android users. I’m not switching to Android I have poured too much money into IOS  and I’m stuck in this ecosystem. The advertising for this feels so false when it comes to IOS users. It’s extremely disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend any of ur line up of glasses to any IOS user told all my friends hold off until they fix the app. I will continue to do so until u guys take IOS users seriously. Also will be posting all over social media. Everyone needs to do the same seems the only way to get these Devs to listen is to have the cash stop rolling in. ### 1/5 — Not compatible with my iPad and iphone *2026-07-08, version 1.9.27* Poor results ### 1/5 — Awful *2026-07-05* Unusable everywhere, ambient mode does not exist despite clearly stating it does exist on the Luma pro Edit: after an hour of searching I’ve found it. Unfortunately it doesn’t work at all and buffers permanently. My review will stay at 1 star. The hardware for the device is so impressive, I’d have thought that the app would be somewhat up to the same level. It’s not. I’m going to return my product and never touch this app nor anything made by this company again. Massive let down ### 1/5 — The App Privacy Report is a Lie *2026-06-21* The App Store claims that this app does not collect any data, but the privacy statement shows that this thing is a telemetry-hungry beast. They not only track all interactions with the app, they even go as far as tracking browsing history, and more. And all of that data is theirs to disclose to whomever in the event of acquisition, merger, bankruptcy, etc. Viture makes good hardware, but stay away from their software. Apple should really force them to update their App Privacy Report. ### 1/5 — 3D doesn’t work. *2026-06-19, version 1.9.27* All this talk of turning 2D content to 3D but it’s just creating side by side screens. ### 1/5 — Brace yourself for crashes *2026-05-31, version 1.9.27* The app crashes. Immersive 3d is a paid service and doesn’t work. It’s excellent. The app is good for watching 3d conversions stuff. it seems to work without the adapter, but for battery usage id recommend the adapter. you csn also use a battery pack instead for on the go. very happy buying this. the vision is slightly blurry bottom/top , but that’s expected on all these devices. you don’t notice it during movies. only when using the full laptop screen for instance, but i focus mainly on the centre anyway. ### 5/5 — Works great *2025-10-25, version 1.9.14* Works with all AR glasses not just Viture I have a pair of Rokid max glasses and it works flawlessly ### 5/5 — Awesome Utility *2025-10-19* It is somewhat intimidating at first because there is so much that it does. It only takes a few minutes to get a good understanding what this ap can do. It is very intuitive to use. I am having some issues signing into some streaming services but I have no doubt it is either something I am doing wrong or issues with the content providers. There are some minor annoyances when viewing 2d content in 3d. Content that is of high video quality has fewer visual aberrations.
