Free for all - Best of all... Our app is completely free of charge! We do have ads but those can be removed by purchasing a subscription which in turn supports us to keep our services online!

PRICE AND TERMS:
Although the app is free, it does contain advertising at the bottom of the screen which helps us to keep our services online. Don't want the ads? No problem, with a simple in-app purchase you can remove them! A monthly subscription is $0.99, half-yearly subscription $5.49 and yearly subscription $9.99.

These prices apply to United States residents. Prices may vary in other countries respecting your local currency exchange rate. Your subscription will be charged to your iTunes account. At the end of the term, unless auto-renewables subscriptions are disabled, your subscription will automatically renew in your iTunes account. You will be charged for the regular price of your subscription within 24 hours prior to the end of the current term. You can turn off automatic renewal in your iTunes account settings at any time, but you must do so at least 24 hours before the end of the current term. Refunds will not be provided for the unused portion of any term.

This app is very valuable, but there's no way to contact the Makers and let them know what's going on. Presently even after having this app for years, I am unable to open the app and get the information I need for my very large Facebook page. You guys need to contact me as soon as possible or just fix the problem.

PS It would be a very good change if you were to make a way for your paying clients to contact you through your app directly ( instead of having to write a comment on some other platform like X) after all, those of us who have your app are the ones who are paying. I don't want to try to enter my questions in a "forum". It's too difficult to contact you, and I was unable to post anything from your SpaceWeatherLive app for days and no way to contact you directly. I would also love it if you would make real time live updates for solar, flares, etc., like you used to.
Thank you for your attention to these matters.
The reason I'm writing this here is because I can't contact you directly.

Selbst der App ist sehr gut, informativ und gut gemacht! Was mich richtig stört Ich habe Jahresabo, trotzdem mit Werbung! Total ärgerlich!

Paid to remove those annoying difficult to skip pushy ads  but still seeing them. Restore Purchase option also doesn’t fix the issue. Please fix.

**Developer response:** Please get in touch with us as we can’t replicate your issue on all of our test devices. Do you still see the option to remove ads in the menu? Also, send screenshot of confirmation of subscription and if it’s currently active.

I don’t mind ads but unwanted, XXX ads popping up w/o even a warning option to shut them off is nuts. I was just about to show the app to my young niece 🤬. Get rid of that or I drop the app & warn all my friends I initially recommended it to. And no, it’s def not a product of my algorithms.

**Developer response:** You can control what notifications you want to receive and what not and set thresholds for each typ . During active space weather like in the past few days many notifications can be send so configuring them to your liking is the way to go. In the app menu, go to settings -> Manage notifications and adapt it to your needs.
