美中不足的是 app 中显示的热量消耗跟使用 Apple watch 爬楼梯记录的热量消耗差距很大。比如爬100层 app 显示消耗260大卡，但是 watch 记录只有180大卡，这个差异是由什么引起的呢？以哪个为准？

实测下来数据还算精准，整个界面的风格也很酷，适合年轻群体，也不会有过多的广告，不过使用下来在分享当日数据界面还可以设计几套不同的模板，如果只是单纯的爬的少的人，发现只消耗了一个荷包蛋，会失去分享的欲望，这点可以参考下keep，有着励志的语言和公里数不同的展示图，来让数据更美观，我相信能做好更好的分享功能，能让这款软件更上一层楼，希望能看到
