## What is Spacez Captains?

Spacez Captains is the field app for property caretakers — the people who run
day-to-day operations at the homes they look after.

With Spacez Captains, caretakers can:
• Get instant push alerts for new bookings, issue replies, assignments and team announcements
• Run guest check-ins and checkouts, capturing ID proofs with the camera
• Raise and track property issues with photos and voice notes
• Manage food and utility-bill orders for guests
• See their tasks, history, incentives and a shared team forum

Designed for on-the-ground work: fast, mobile-first, and built around the
real workflow of running a property.

Note: Spacez Captains is for onboarded property caretakers. Access is by
invitation — accounts are set up by the Spacez operations team.
