I quickly discovered that it had all the properties that I was interested in that I had found from other sources…. And here it is all together. They are attracting listing because they have a good system. The clear information, ability to select down to very specific criteria and locations, the comparative data to check prices and the easy chat / email functions to connect with estate agents are by far the best I’ve seen in any market. The app makers don’t require any vetting of agencies listing the app so it isn’t transparent to the users which agency is behind the ad. The app should allow you to report fake ads. **Developer response:** Hi Ryan, There is a "Report a problem with this listing" button at the bottom of every individual listing page. Do report any listings which may appear misleading so that we can review and take appropriate action them. Of course before you buy or sell significantly more due diligence is required but this app is excellent for window shopping due to its quite large base of available properties, financial analyses and vast and diverse neighborhoods. The notifications for new relevant listings according to my saved searches are what alerted me to an ideal new listing.
