Wish there was a penalty for not making your bid though, besides in a Nil hand. It would be more challenging. Very frustrating when an ad gets “stuck” and can’t be closed. But if you bid 0 and get 1 book, you’re negative 100. Once my competitor got 300 points for having 0 books. Ridiculous! ### 2/5 — Poor Partner Programming *2026-07-05, version 1.3* My largest issue with this game is that the programmers/developers, designed the partner in the game to not assist with mindfulness and skill. The game’s partner cut my books even when it could have thrown off by playing a different suit so that I would win that book. The game’s partner plays as a solo player it does not play with a partner in mind. That sucks and makes the game unfun. The game is good; the ads are trash. ### 1/5 — Not Realistic *2025-10-22, version 1.3* Playing in Standard mode is more challenging than the Pro mode. Easy mode is just ridiculous. If a player or team doesn't make their bid, nothing. They should go set. Opponents will not take bags at the expense of throwing away tricks that should have been bid. When playing in team mode, the play is anything but team. Your partner will take your trick if he hasn't gotten his tricks yet. The only thing that is really done well is the ads. You get one after every hand, but I guess thats the point. Make the player watch the ad so the inept programmers make money and play real spades in their basement. ### 1/5 — Terrible job of programming a “game” *2025-10-14, version 1.3* It’s a good thing this program isn’t a part of the American defense system! It is so predictable and screwed up that the only thing it is capable of is providing the human with a screw job! If you bid 1, you will take 3! If you bid nil, you are guaranteed of taking 1! The computer is not interested in making its bid! All it is programmed to do is screw the human! Basically, the program acts as a gigolo for the programmers! In the beginning, it kept freezing on me and I would have to delete it and then reload it. However, I can see that glitch has been taken care of and I no longer have that problem.
