I’m pretty happy with this app. It does what it says, doesn’t eat data or battery life, and has an easy-to-use interface. The reverse call lookup is a wonderful addition. I also like that the AI features has human intervention requirements.

Only drawbacks: app could use an in-app pause button. It’s possible through Settings, but it was a pain to dig it out.

Чтобы включить идентификацию и блокировку нежелательных звонков, пожалуйста, зайдите в Настройки → Телефон → Блокировка и идентификация вызова и активируйте Spam Shield. Кроме того, убедитесь, что в настройках приложения включена функция «Блокировка звонков». Если вам потребуется помощь или возникнут вопросы, напишите нам на support@spamshield.app — мы с удовольствием поможем. Надеемся, что приложение ещё сможет вам пригодиться.

Абсолютно бесполезная программа,плюс подписку отменить почти не реально

• База номеров в приложении обновляется автоматически каждый день.
• Чтобы активировать идентификацию нежелательных звонков, откройте «Настройки → Телефон → Блокировка и идентификация вызова» и включите наш сервис.
• Если вы дополнительно хотите включить блокировку звонков, это можно сделать в настройках приложения. Пункт "блокировка звонков". 
• Подписку можно отменить в любое время: «Настройки → Apple ID → Подписки → [Название приложения] → Отменить подписку».

Если возникнут вопросы или трудности, напишите нам на support@spamshield.app — мы поможем оперативно решить проблему.

I don’t know why I subscribed to this service I still get 6-10 spam calls and I have no clue what this program is doing. Do not get fooled by this product.

Приложение не работает от слова «совсем». Пропускает и спам, и явно нежелательные звонки (мошенники), и анонимных абонентов. По сути, заплатила непонятно, за что.

Ни одного звонка ни заблокировал, ни пометил как спам. При этом номера спамерские при проверке в этом же приложении значатся как нежелательные.
То есть вы (разработчики) знаете о том, что это спам/нежелательный звонок, но никак не сообщаете об этом пользователю?
Умно.
Пользовался полной пробной версией.
Включал "умного защитника".
Все тоже самое.

Судя по симптомам, которые Вы описали, похоже, что наше приложение корректно загружает и обновляет базу данных спамеров (поэтому Вы видите предупреждение в приложении), но возникли проблемы при интеграции со звонилкой на Вашем iPhone (поэтому предупреждения не видно в звонилке). 
Пожалуйста, напишите нам на support@spamshield.app, указав модель Вашего iPhone, а также версию iOS, которая на нем установлена. Мы бы очень хотели разобраться в причинах сбоя и помочь Вам. Спасибо!

Tried this out because I was getting a lot of spam calls. Paid for the yearly membership. I don’t think it blocked a single call. I looked up a handful of the numbers in the app and the app thought they were all good. So far today, I’ve gotten 11 spam calls that came through. Waste of money.

Unfortunately, it looks like there was an error when SpamShield tried to install the database of scam phones which led to all numbers being marked as good. Работает как заявлено, ни одного спам-звонка за неделю! Очень удобно, что не нужно давать доступ к контактам.

If you’re tired of spam calls, get this app. It’s been a lifesaver for me. I barely get scam calls anymore, and I love that I can look up unknown numbers before calling back.
