Tried numerous times to register and can’t

Love Trenchers and down loaded the app recommended by staff. Registered. Won’t let me sign in or recognise the account. When I try to re register a messsge saying account already registered appears. Also when I then try to reset password the follow up email does not appear. Not impressed at all.
