One feature I’m trying to figure out is how to “un-highlight” any text you tap. It should remove the yellow highlight from the text after tapping it again. But like I said, I’m in the learning stage (I will probably figure things out as I go along); otherwise, I love how the 2 languages are layered one above the other for you to immediately see the translation! ### 4/5 — Bookmarks need fixing *2025-08-14, version 3.0* After bookmarking a book/chapter, you search your bookmarks it doesn’t show name of the book, it shows “(null)”. I would like the option to listen to a Bible verse without having the narrator start at the very beginning of a chapter verse. Case in point, if I had listened to Romans 8:28 and would like to hear it again, yet the audio starts at Romans 8:1. I used to be able to slow down the pace to 75% but now the app just crashes when I try that. However, there are often spelling and punctuation errors in the English verses and I don’t like that you can’t hide the audio player controls at the bottom or turn off the highlighting function. All in all though, I’m glad this app exists. ### 5/5 — Concordance *2022-10-10* It would be nice if the concordance was able to find a bible verse by submitting two words or a sentence. That way we can get faster to the specific verse we’re trying to find. I find using your app clumsy ### 1/5 — Inappropriate ads! *2018-07-10* I used to love this app, because it offered a great and effective way to both read the Bible and practice reading Spanish at anytime. Recently, though, the company has added inappropriate ads, which include advertisements for gambling, which I was willing to deal with, and now most recently ads to meet singles, which include pictures of women in very low-cut shirts showing cleavage. Super inappropriate!! This is shameful that a Bible app would allow such advertisements. I am deleting the app, and I will find one that has not decided to conform to the world. I'm bummed out, because I really did love this app, but my wife and I agree that an app like this does not deserve our support.
