I downloaded this app for my daughter and paid the one time $5.99 fee for access only to discover the app is absolute trash. I later uninstalled the app due to it not holding her attention. Today received a receipt from Apple of $21.98. When I select the “Contact Us” option in the app it takes me to a blank page. Buyers beware!

The app provides some free content so you can test all the features. The user knows absolutely all about the features before paying the extra content. Our Speak Pocket app is used all over the world and even in elementary schools, so it's not a scam... Secondly, the "Contact Us" screen of our app opens your email app not a blank page(??). The app shows 12 languages but within the app and after you have bought /paid you find out it is only 6 languages

**Developer response:** Hello and thank you for your message. The app provides 6 languages (French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese) TO LEARN but is TRANSLATED in 12 languages (for based/native languages) which is not the same. For example, a korean user can learn six languages.

The translations are spoken too fast. The pronunciation is hard to distinguish.
