I wanted to just try it. Since it was advertised as free, I felt deceived. There is a free 7 day trial, but remember your password- they are working on the glitches of recovering your password at the moment. I am impressed that when I responded to an email, even though I got an automated response saying it wasn’t going to anyone, I still got a response from someone. They are making efforts to correct issues and that is promising. ### 3/5 — Great game- big problem *2021-11-04, version 2.9.74* My first and second graders love this game. I love that is uses whole sentences in Spanish. They played through a lot of levels, and I would definitely give it 5 stars for learning Spanish. But now we can’t login on any of our devices because the screen size doesn’t fit the size of our devices and the buttons are hidden. I tried customer service months ago and didn’t get any help. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2021-07-10, version 2.9.16* I’ve had the app 2 weeks now and have heard sound ONCE. I’ve reached out to them multiple times and have not heard back! And yes, I’ve tried all the typical (restarting, deleting, reinstalling etc). Arturo asks to tap on the blue pants. There are no blue pants. No way to get past that point and no way to continue on to the next lesson. We are totally stuck. I sent the developers a message with no response. If this ever gets fixed I’ll give it five stars. For now it only gets one. We have emailed customer service multiple times and finally had to give up and cancel our subscription and try to find some other way to learn Spanish even though this is our favorite. Unfortunately for me I forgot my password and the developers give no way to reset it. I have been trying to contact them for some time to cancel my subscription and they haven’t replied at all. ### 1/5 — Horrible service, impossible to cancel, cannot reset password *2022-04-30, version 2.9.74* We have had the application for over a month, but cannot reset the parent portal password. We are able to reset it within the game/app, but it doesn’t change the parent portal, so it is now inaccessible and leaves us unable to change our subscription. Additionally, when using their website to access the parent portal, the reset password link only shows when you attempt to subscribe with an already existing account, but following the password reset form leads to an HTTP 500 error after trying to submit the email to reset the parent portal password. It is the perfect learning tool “disguised” as a game that gets even the most reluctant children interested in language learning. Little do the kids know that while they adventure along with Arturo, they are actually having an age-appropriate, learn-as-you-go language immersion experience. I also absolutely love how all the vocabulary and grammar presented is done in a fun, engaging, and easy-to-understand way with lots of repeated practice to help with language retention. To top it all off, the accompanying Spanish Safari YouTube channel has amazing videos led by a sweet “safari guide” that continue to review and reinforce material presented in the app in really great, conversational manner! ### 5/5 — Fantastic App! *2021-04-01, version 2.9.12* Great app for kids to learn Spanish.
