Nevertheless I am denied the subscription features and am repeatedly asked to pay again. In fact I did pay again on another device, but still it has not helped me. None of my many other apps keep asking me to pay repeatedly! This is not right. Apple should ask them to fix this!! When I press the restore Purchases button my phone goes into an infinite loop which disables even the basic app. It even effects others apps so I have to switch my phone off and start all over again. This has happened repeatedly and on different devices. Can you please do something about this on your end. Surely others have the same problem. All iOS apps can be used on up to 5 devices (iPhone or iPad), authorized by the single Apple ID (App Store account). Got another dictionary. ### 1/5 — Update but paid access gone?? *2018-04-13, version 7.1.1(35)* So I have reported about this before. After updating it 7.0.1 my paid access disappeared and could not be restored. Instead it asked me to pay £9.99 more to buy again!? So I submitted a review and you replied to me saying I should report this to an email address. And I did, but since then zero reply from the developer. Now I updated it again, and still the same. You took my £9.99 and then revoked my access and even ignored me when I had problems. Please give me some ideas, I think it would be awesome if the sound worked, I'm hesitant to purchase full version until I get that sorted, thanks ### 1/5 — Verb conjugations DONT WORK!!! *2013-12-19, version 5.3.12* So I look up the word forget and want the conjugations. I have to look it up again in the verb section - why? Then it lists all the conjugations in English without the translation!!! You press the translation button and it takes you to Dictionary definition, which as I indicate below lacks any useful examples! This app's in app purchases do not work properly. And it generally is a pain to use. The phrase book is minimal and I would hardly call it a phrase book. For $10 this app is hopeless - you'd be far better off buying a Lonely Planet phrase book dictionary. When you look up the word "meet" for instance, there is only one example: "not meet ones expectations". Well, for $10, I'd expect some decent examples of the word used in its most common application. The terms of service is not available for review. I see no “account”.
