## What is Spar?

The conversation you keep rehearsing in the shower? Practice it for real.

Spar is a voice practice gym for new managers. Talk out loud with an AI sparring partner who pushes back like a real person, then get an honest debrief: what worked, what got sugarcoated, and how it actually landed on the other side.

PRACTICE OUT LOUD
No scripts, no flashcards. You speak, they answer. Your sparring partner gets defensive, deflects with humor, or pushes back hard depending on the round's difficulty.

A TRAINING PATH OF REAL SCENARIOS
- Give feedback to a close friend who is underperforming
- Say no to your own boss
- The raise you can't give
- Manage someone older than you
- Face the toxic top performer

BRING YOUR REAL CONVERSATION
Describe what you're facing in your own words. Spar builds the counterpart, their personality, and the stakes. Practice tonight, walk in steady tomorrow.

SEE HOW IT LANDED
Every round ends with a debrief: a kind-versus-nice score, the structure you nailed or missed, the words that undermined you ("just", "sorry", "hopefully"), and the message the other person actually received.

BECOME THE MANAGER PEOPLE TRUST
Earn your titles as you climb: The Clear Communicator, The Line Holder, The Contender. Watch yourself move from dreading it to steady.

WHO IT IS FOR
New and first-time managers, team leads, and anyone who rehearses hard conversations in their head. Most new managers get zero training for the hardest part of the job. This is that training.

Your first round is free. Spar Pro unlocks all 15 rounds, unlimited custom scenarios, and every difficulty.
