Und so schalten Sie Ihre SpardaSecureApp frei:
1. Fordern Sie Ihre Benutzerkennung und den Aktivierungscode über das SpardaNet-Banking oder in Ihrer Filiale an.  
2. Laden Sie sich die SpardaSecureApp über den App Store herunter.
3. Aktivieren Sie die SpardaSecureApp durch die Eingabe der Benutzerkennung, des Aktivierungscodes und eines persönlichen Passwortes.

(Die Benutzerkennung finden Sie im Service-Center des SpardaNet-Bankings. Der Aktivierungscode wird Ihnen entweder direkt in der Filiale oder per Post zugestellt.)

Und so nutzen Sie die SpardaSecureApp:
1. Melden Sie sich in der SpardaApp (ab Version 3.0) oder Ihrem SpardaNet-Banking an.
2. Tätigen Sie einen Auftrag (Überweisung, Dauerauftrag, Umbuchung etc.) und wählen Sie die SpardaSecureApp als TAN-Verfahren.
3. Über eine Push-Mitteilung bekommen Sie nun den Auftrag zur Freigabe auf Ihr Smartphone gesendet.
4. Öffnen Sie die SpardaSecureApp und geben Sie Ihr persönliches Passwort ein.
5. Kontrollieren Sie bitte stets die Auftragsdaten genau und erteilen Sie dann erst Ihre Freigabe.

Hinweis:
Die SpardaSecureApp kann in der SpardaApp (ab Version 3.0) und im SpardaNet-Banking verwendet werden. Eine Nutzung von externer Software über FinTS ist nicht möglich.

Für eine optimale Nutzung benötigen Sie eine stabile Internetverbindung.

Fliege immer wieder und Service nicht available. Bank schickt mir dann neue Registrierung zu, und schiebt es auf iOS Update. Absoluter Schwachsinn. Aber Gebühren verlangen bis zum umfallen.

Auch wenn ich mehrmals eine Überweisung an eine Institution getätigt habe, lässt sich die Zahlung über die Suchfunktion nicht finden. Auch wenn beide Filter auf ‚Alle‘ gesetzt sind.

Meine erste Überweisung mit der SecureApp: Sekunden bzw. Sekundenbruchteile nach dem "Abschicken" des Auftrags im Onlinebanking, bekomme ich direkt schon die Meldung, dass die Transaktion wegen Zeitüberschreitung abgebrochen wird. Immer wieder. Krass. So schnell kann man kaum das Freigabefeld antippen! Man hat überhaupt keine Zeit, die Transaktionsdaten nochmal in der SecureApp auf dem iPhone zu überprüfen. Beim 5. oder 6. Versuch, es superschnell zu machen, hat es dann plötzlich geklappt, -- keine Ahnung, wieso! Die SecureApp behauptete trotzdem weiterhin, die Transaktion NICHT getätigt zu haben. Nervtötend! Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der "SpardaSecureApp".
