These guys are total amateurs. The founder who I dealt with personally is a covert narcissist or sociopath - when I contacted him because for the 4th time in 6 months I was paid over a week and a half late, he made it seem like he had no idea what I was talking about and then twice I had to physically go meet him to pick up a paper check to recover my funds at which point I cancelled service. Stay away if you care about your cash.
