### 3/5 — Does the job, but is buggy.

For me, the job was to serve rtsp to local network to test my implementation  of rtsp client. This works out of the box, but. If close app and reconnect, cannot get video again. Have to fully exit app to get video again. Update: also keeps camera moderately private: will only serve rtsp over WiFi, not over cellular. Finally doesn’t support rtcp… which I don’t mind… helps me test rtp without rtcp.
