No Roam Like Home, no customisable plans, no basic SMS plan that kept your line active for the month. And lets not start with the actual app, which was the laziest revamp ever. You just changed the color theme to blue instead of pink and you call it a new app? You dare call it a refresh? Thanks for all the years in Yoodo but Spark is not a worthy successor. You should have just retired the entire app and service. You forever ruined Yoodo's great legacy of actually being affordable and accessible to everyone. Provider did not want to void nor compensate in any way as I had used 0bytes! 🥹 ### 1/5 — Girl bye- *2024-04-02, version 4.13.0* AN UPDATE: Alright, so you guys shouldn't think that 5G is superior since it isn't. 4G is considerably better because, when I checked mine today—keep in mind, I only added more data to my plan last week, with 22 days remaining till the next renewal—I saw that it was only at 5GB out of 20B. When I contacted customer service, he claimed that the reason my data was being used quickly was because I was utilising 5G instead of 4G, even though there is really very little difference between the two. I'll stick with my 4G the next time. I’m sorry but this is the worst telco ever? It consumes all of my data before the renewal, which is bothersome because I only use data while at work or while I'm out and about looking through Twitter or Instagram. When I checked last week, I had used 3GB/20GB, but shortly after (2 days later), it said I had used 20GB/20GB when I didn't even use my data to play any games or only use wifi at home…Penat lah macam ini grr memang nak tukar ke telco lain la jawabnya ### 1/5 — Auto renew turned on itself! *2024-03-03* Hello! I’m very sure I turned off the auto-renew but somehow you turn it back on and charged me. This is the second time. Please refund. I end up canceling everything because of this agent named yusof being so rude in whatsapp chat when I asked him questions. The answers are all unclear mostly and half heartedly. Thanks to this I re-thinking and decided not to changes to yoodo. Imagine if you have complicated case and this agent handling you, I don't need subscribing to such future stress. ### 1/5 — RUBBISH APPS *2024-02-02* This apps logout your account automatically every time they update their apps. I create many report to their technical teams but always said under investigation for almost 1 year this happen! I update to the new firmware and using my other phone also facing the same problem! Easy transaction, clear instructions and easy to install. I chose to be independent meaning I’m not on any contract so I can increase and decrease my usage depending on where I am. I’ve used the service across Turkey, German, Belgium, Holland, France, UK, Ireland and some parts in eastern European countries! And it has been great! I don’t have to stop or look for local shops to buy SIMs. It was a very smooth communication for my entire family. The internet is fast and reliable when we are at oversea. Thanks to Celcom!
