So that’s frustrating. I would say the only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because when importing multiple photos/videos, it doesn’t just allow you to pull from your general camera roll so I ultimately end up having to rotate and move things around and when I’m working on a video with 100+ pictures and videos it gets to be A LOT of rearranging to try and get the timeline right. Several years ago, I purchased Spark through the Apple App Store at a time when the app was offered as a one-time purchase with full functionality, without any recurring subscription model. I made this purchase in good faith with the clear understanding that it granted me permanent access to the app’s complete features. Over time, I understand that Spark transitioned to a subscription-based model. While I fully respect your decision to evolve the product and business model, I am currently facing an issue where my previously purchased access is no longer being recognized, and I am being prompted to subscribe in order to continue using features that were originally included in my paid purchase. As a customer who supported Spark from its early stages and paid for the full version when it was initially offered, I kindly request that my original purchase be honored. I would sincerely appreciate it if you could restore full access associated with my original purchase, without requiring an additional subscription. I value Spark highly and have been a loyal user for many years. My request is simply to continue using the app under the terms that were applicable at the time of my purchase. I trust that you will agree this is a reasonable and fair request, and I am confident that Spark values long-term customers who supported the platform early on. I loved the idea, so I bought it instantly, and now with the subscription option, they are charging me again. This is not fair. It’s called a lifetime offer for a reason. They are ignoring my emails and out you go to their page on instagram, you will see many people complaining about it. We buy it, we have problems with it, we send an email and we get ignored. Where is our respect? We were here as consumers since the very beginning. However, I wish there were more options to boost the effects, like different snow styles or adding rain and thunder. While I believe the screen templates cover some of these, I feel there's still room for improvement—mainly in creating ultra-smooth effects and adding more creative touches.
