I go back to my country twice a year and would like to use Spark. However, I always get discriminated by this company because of my driving licence… ### 1/5 — 100 лв. такса за регистрация *2022-09-17, version 2.26.5* Защо не предупреждавате, че има 100 лв. такса за регистрация? Hard to find the words how disappointed I am from interacting with their team. The app and biz model fine (copied from already existing such) but the staff are so bad that it makes it all pointless. But the company charges you randomly even after you’ve finished the trip. And it’s not small amounts - it’s approx 150bgn. They’re always trying to trap you so they can get extra money out of you. They repeat scripted answers like broken records and there is no manager/administrator to make a decision and sort out an issue with registration. After debating for almost a week that some in this company should be able to make a decision and manually override their “system” I gave up and cancelled my profile, deleted the app. ### 1/5 — Ridiculous drivers license registration experience *2019-07-21, version 1.4.5* I’ve been unable to use the service for 2+ weeks now because upon a submission of the drivers license images the app does not give you any feedback on whether: - the images are good or they need to be re-taken -your drivers license is in the process of being reviewed/approved -expected day/time when you are expected to receive your approval -literally any information on the status of the process You can only find that out if you try to reserve a car and it show the generic message of “registration not approved yet” Calling customer service didn’t work either as they said they can’t have a human take over the process when there’s a glitch like that, so not sure what the point of customer service even is at this point. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not thought through *2025-09-15, version 2.55.1* Doesn’t work for foreign visitors. They rejected my EU-recognized driving license, promised a refund, and ignored me for weeks. Rude responses, no accountability. Feels like a scam. Аз не съм пушач, но индикатора в колата показа, че се е пушило в рамките на няколко минути. Използвам Спарк от 2020г. До настоящия момент нямам едно нарушение. Опитах да говоря с човека който ми изпрати глобата по имейл, но той не пожела да комуникира с мениджър и да направят компромис, тъй като computer says no !!! И така реших да споделя неприятния си опит от мината седмица ! Всичко добро! Aš turiu tik anglišką telefoną, jų pagalbos telefonas neveikia su užsenietiškais tel, man visi vw up atsirakina, bet neužsiveda, dėl šios bėdos jau keturi kartus informavau, nieko nepataiso. Tuomet negrąžina pinigų už savo klaidas, kažkokius tik kuponus, nors pasaugos nesuteikia. Taip pat support nenaudingas.
