## What is Spark Coach App?

We all know that we only use a very small part of our brain capacity. if you compare your brain with a computer with datas (thoughts, beliefs, experiences…), your brain does not understand statements with negative words (not, no ….). That’s why all our sentences are assertive.

Just observing your thoughts will show you how many negative thoughts we generate and how much we limit ourselves by this simple fact.

Spark Personal Coach application allows you to create and listen to playlists according to your mood, feeling and need.

Select the affirmations adapted to the situation you live and according to your mood. Use them the way you think is best. Some people will need to do it everyday or on a weekly basis, you are totally free to use it as you feel.
