I see the different drivers come and go but did not understand the system how it releases the orders to drivers. If someone knows please let me know. Previously, all orders were appearing and you were picking one(need to be fast). Current system I do not see any orders and no assignment to me. Really do not understand how the system works. Your explanation on how system works, really appreciated. I heard that many people use bot to get order. Sometimes I accept the order but the order disappears. I can't see it in the app, but it doesn't give another order. It usually happens in the morning. I'm calling the call center. I can't reach for an hour. This makes me lose a few hours. And it makes you lose your drivers in the morning. 2. The application does not order. It takes me a long time to realize that there is an error in the application. I'm calling the call center. It also takes a long time for them to solve the problem. I'm losing 1-2 hours. 3. Sometimes orders come, I go to Walmart and wait. But the order is not delivered to me. I'm waiting for half an hour. No one says anything. I can't when I want to cancel in the app. I call the call center and cancel. They cancel the order by paying me a fee like a joke. It feels like the system is completely unfair now. Some drivers — especially newer ones who just started a few months ago — are getting constant orders, while experienced drivers who’ve been on the platform for almost two years barely get anything. It makes no sense that long-time, reliable drivers with solid completion histories are sitting for 6–8 hours without a single order, while newer drivers are prioritized. This update honestly seems broken — whether it’s a machine or administrative error, it definitely needs to be fixed ASAP. Spark should value and prioritize loyal, experienced drivers, not push them aside. ### 1/5 — "Only For You" Update *2025-09-21* To the Spark Development Team, I know that you care about your drivers and read our reviews, so I wanted to provide detailed feedback on the recent "Only For You" update. I am proud to deliver for Walmart, and I believe we can make this platform even better together. The Problem with "Only For You" Offers: While I appreciate the effort to improve the platform, this new system has created significant issues. It is proving to be very inefficient. We often receive a single, low-paying offer, and after completing the delivery, we face long wait times—sometimes for many hours—with no new offers. This happens even when we are parked very close to the store, within the 15-meter geofence, which doesn't make sense. The current model makes it incredibly difficult to earn a steady income and feels like a step back from the consistent flow of opportunities we had before. Proposed Solution: Bring Back Pool Offers with a Key Improvement The old "pool" offer system was much better for keeping drivers engaged and earning. Its only major flaw was the glitch that showed offers from all stores in the city at once, making it very difficult to find and accept relevant offers. My suggestion is to reinstate the pool offer system but with a location-based filter. Please only show us offers from stores within a close radius (e.g., 4-5 km). This would create a fair and competitive environment where drivers race to accept the best nearby offers, rewarding those who are fast and attentive. This "race" was a good system because it was transparent and active. Improving Security Against Bots: To make the pool system even fairer, I strongly encourage you to invest in more advanced anti-bot security. The platform needs to be able to detect and deactivate accounts using auto-clickers or other bots that give them an unfair advantage over human drivers. A secure platform is a fair platform. The first offer was decent, specifically the FCFS one, but this situation is causing drivers to abandon Spark and seek full-time jobs instead. It’s the most frustrating update we’ve seen. ### 1/5 — Frustrating new Update *2025-08-17* The new update is very disappointing. When order offers come, the app takes too long to load and disappears in milliseconds. On top of that, the offer page doesn’t go up properly, which makes it feel like a scam. The old version (before March) was much better and more reliable.
