They do not fix your issue. you get deactivated for “misleading information” I was told my insurance was expired! When in fact my insurance is active! It does not expire anytime soon. I’m told to submit appeals however they are never resolved! I’ve been asking for a Pre-Arbitration Call they just refuse to get me the help that I need.
