### 3/5 — Pay

*2026-08-26, version 4.45.1*

Daily pay to my bank account vs the card would be a good option. Gives opportunities for real loans for full time drivers

### 3/5 — spark

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

50/50 when i 1st john none stop orders i lovers now its been 2 weeks and ive only made 70$ it like when i 1st joined it was great now it like will i ever get that again

### 2/5 — Terrible as of late

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

This app was my go to for about a year, made some good money in a pinch. Since whatever silly updates they’ve made since April the app has gone downhill. The rates are atrocious. Because there’s so many people fighting for crumbs, Walmart justifies paying less for bundle orders. So they expect more miles for less money.

### 2/5 — Cheap Skates

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

This used to be a really great app to earn now they messed it up trying to enslave somebody to keep you stuck on here all day to make the money you used to make in two or three orders can’t be used as a solo app if you’re gay worker just blend it with something else when you can find money you want to find.

### 1/5 — 5years ago 5 stars now 1

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

Spark has allowed zones to be over saturated. Spark has dropped pay a lot. Not just a little bit but a lot. Drivers take really low orders and then complain they lower pay. I am looking for employment elsewhere!

### 1/5 — Not_equal/0ffers

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

Disappointing I put 33,000 miles on my car in 6 to 8 months making over 250 trips one male packages from the Internet they disappear disappeared explanation when I called the car that I did it in a Nissan versa they deemed too small took the runs from me now they’ve been outsourced to too big box drivers with no explanation to me now they only offer me shopping and I make a fraction of the money and they still say they don’t know disappointing dishonest macaroni Nissan versa took everything that Walmart handed me to take and they said it wasn’t worthy now my matrix is suffering and they’re penalized for it by giving me lesser runs than somebody that pay a lot less thank you Walmart thank you spark

### 1/5 — Thieving app

*2026-08-24, version 4.45.1*

App is terrible they do everything in their power to pay you as little as possible for the most amount of work. Payouts have gone down drastically too I’m getting paid $10-20 less on identical orders I was doing just couple months ago .

### 3/5 — App Needs Work

*2026-08-24, version 4.45.1*

The Walmart Spark app is functional, but the order screen feels overloaded. There is too much information packed in at once, which makes it hard to quickly find what’s most important. And when an order pops up, you can’t adjust the volume (on iPhone), which can be disruptive; especially in noisy or quiet environments. A cleaner interface with customizable alerts would make a huge difference.

### 1/5 — order canceled by store

*2026-08-24, version 4.45.1*

I don’t think it’s fair that they’re able to cancel orders and then you don’t get the full amount. This is the second time that I’ve came to store 1293 and they’ve canceled $67 order and a $68 order for a big trips you should still be able to get your full payment.

### 3/5 — Tips

*2026-08-24, version 4.45.1*

I would like to submit feedback about Spark’s tipping policy. I believe tips should be locked once an order is successfully delivered. Drivers accept orders based on the total amount shown, and we’ve already used our gas, mileage, and time to complete the delivery. It’s unfair for that amount to be reduced afterward.

### 1/5 — Walmart is ripping off drivers.

*2026-08-24, version 4.45.1*

They are paying drivers far too little; for instance, on a trip with three customers, they pay you the equivalent of just one customer's fare and Walmart keeps the rest—it's a scam.

### 3/5 — Store

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

The store cannot keep up with the product movement and they continuously change their protocol in the store on how to check out

### 3/5 — Excepcional

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

Debe mejorar el ofrecimiento de las órdenes para los driver ya que no suenan mucho y los pagos son mínimos por millas elevadas tomando en cuanto que las millas en recorrer son tanto ida como vuelta para la siguiente orden

### 4/5 — Why only 4/5

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

Overall, I appreciate the opportunity that Spark provides drivers to earn additional income with flexibility. I enjoy being able to choose when I work and which offers I accept, and I understand that no delivery platform will be perfect. I gave Spark four stars because I generally enjoy the platform, but I believe there are several areas where improvements could make the experience more fair, consistent, and worthwhile for drivers.

One of my biggest concerns is tips and the 24-hour adjustment period. Drivers make decisions about accepting offers based partly on the estimated total shown to us, which includes the customer’s tip. I understand allowing customers some time to adjust a tip based on the service they received, but 24 hours seems excessive. In my opinion, approximately two hours after a completed delivery would be a more reasonable amount of time. By then, the customer has received the order and has had enough time to determine whether the service met their expectations. Drivers should not have to wait until the following day to know what they actually earned from work they have already completed.

Another major concern is compensation for canceled orders. If a driver accepts an offer, turns down other opportunities, uses their own vehicle and gas to drive to Walmart, and then the customer or store cancels the order, the driver should receive reasonable compensation for the time and mileage already invested. We cannot recover the gas that was used or the other offers we may have passed up while completing that trip. Even if the full offer amount cannot be paid, there should be a fair minimum cancellation payment based on how far the driver traveled and how much time was spent on the order.

I would also like Spark to consider mileage more carefully when determining base pay. Drivers are responsible for fuel, maintenance, tires, oil changes, repairs, insurance, and depreciation on their personal vehicles. The number of miles shown on an offer does not always represent the driver’s true cost. We may have to drive to the store, complete the delivery, and then drive several miles back toward an area where we can receive another order. An offer can leave a driver far away from the store or outside of a productive delivery area. That return mileage matters even though it may not appear as part of the offer.

There should also be greater consistency between pay, mileage, number of stops, shopping requirements, item quantity, and the amount of work involved. A high-item shopping order, heavy or bulky merchandise, multiple cases of water, apartment deliveries, and multiple customer stops require considerably more time and physical effort than a small, simple delivery. The compensation should consistently reflect those differences.

Another improvement would be providing drivers with as much accurate information as possible before accepting an offer. Drivers should be able to make an informed decision based on realistic mileage, number of customers, item quantity, heavy/bulky items, estimated shopping or pickup time, and where the route will leave them. Transparency helps drivers select orders that make financial sense and ultimately helps Spark because drivers are more likely to complete offers they knowingly and fairly accepted.

I want to emphasize that this feedback comes from someone who appreciates the opportunity Spark provides. I like the flexibility and the ability to earn additional income on my own schedule. My concerns are mainly about the inconsistencies that can sometimes make an order profitable and other times leave a driver feeling as though their time, gas, mileage, and vehicle expenses were not adequately considered.

I believe Spark could improve driver satisfaction significantly by shortening the tip-adjustment period, providing fair cancellation compensation once a driver has begun traveling toward an order, and making base pay more consistently reflect mileage, workload, number of stops, heavy items, and the driver’s overall time commitment.

Drivers are an important part of the customer’s experience. We invest our time, our vehicles, our fuel, and our physical effort into completing these deliveries. Creating more consistency and protection for that investment would make an already valuable earning opportunity much better for the drivers who help make the service possible.

### 1/5 — Not approved

*2026-08-27, version 4.45.1*

For some reason my request wasn’t not approved and there is no way to communicate with anyone to figure out why it wasn’t approved or how I can get it fixed. Very frustrating

### 1/5 — Worst update

*2026-08-26, version 4.45.1*

Removed extra pay for heavy and bulky items and reduced minimum pay

### 1/5 — Worst customer service experience

*2026-08-26, version 4.45.1*

### 1/5 — Customer Service

*2026-08-26, version 4.45.1*

This is by far one of the worst apps I have ever come across , when it comes to customer support is horrible! They do not fix your issue. you get deactivated for “misleading information” I was told my insurance was expired! When in fact my insurance is active! It does not expire anytime soon. I’m told to submit appeals however they are never resolved! I’ve been asking for a Pre-Arbitration Call they just refuse to get me the help that I need. All of the cases go from open to close within 2 seconds.. stick with Instacart better pay and loads

### 1/5 — The WORST EVER

*2026-08-26, version 4.45.1*

This is crazy. The app could not identify me I’m guessing either my glass and it deactivated my account and I need to speak with someone. This is the WORST EVER🤦🏽‍♀️

### 1/5 — Terrible support

*2026-08-26, version 4.45.1*

They have owed me on 2 deliveries for 2 weeks now they said it would be 3 to 5 business days. When I call in they laugh at me and hang up . Worst app for trying to make extra money

### 1/5 — Terrible measurement

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

Inaccurate measurement. The trip would take you 1 hour and more but they pre measurement only tell you around 30mins. Total disaster and inaccuracy

### 1/5 — Denied with no reason why

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

Was instantly denied when everything I uploaded was correct. Didn’t even receive a background check or anything just instant deny and to top it off there is no one to reach about this

### 1/5 — Mala

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

### 1/5 — Roberto

*2026-08-25, version 4.45.1*

😂😂 $61.49 for 54.7 miles, 8 stops, and 2 hours 25 minutes?!

And the kicker: NOT TIP ELIGIBLE. 😭

That’s only about $1.12/mile before gas, wear and tear, and your time. They really said: “How little can we pay you before you start laughing?” 💀

The apps seem to be pushing more of the risk onto drivers while making the offers look bigger by bundling a bunch of deliveries together

### 5/5 — Great experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

### 5/5 — Spark runs

*2026-08-24, version 4.45.1*

Is a really good program, but they should pay a little bit more than less because the gas is so outrageous and I think that if you guys rearranged the drop off a little bit so that the groceries that we deliver should be first rather than like third or fourth in line because then we’ve got refrigerated items that need to be delivered and it’s a pretty close call sometimes to be returned. I appreciate having spark for extra income for sure! Can always count on a few extra bucks :)

### 5/5 — I love sparking

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

But sometimes I feel like having more communication with the customer would be good. Like having the option to call them in the store, or message them before we get to store. I’ve been late a couple times cause of weather one time a tree was blown over in the road and just away to keep them informed.

### 5/5 — Espectacular

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

Muy complementaria en su uso

### 5/5 — A great help in the time of need

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

My name is Stephen Garner and I just want to say that I appreciate the spark program so much. I’m a retired Marine Corps veteran and I’ve been struggling for the last few years just to barely make any meat.. I’m thankful to God and to Walmart for this chance to make a little extra money and help my family and my community. Thank you so much.

### 5/5 — Update

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

Spark needs to update their app to where you can cancel orders and cancel trips because I cannot find out how to do any of this

### 5/5 — Excelente

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

Buenas aplicación

### 5/5 — Osm

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

I really like spark because I got money for the app

### 5/5 — Update roadmap for Fort Polk

*2026-08-23, version 4.45.1*

The maps do not take into consideration that only gate one and gate seven are open on the weekends or after hours. The deliveries that you sent us on does not allow us to drive the same path and sometimes we miss our timeline.
