## What is Spark Home Education?

The home education journal built by home ed parents - and always free (Premium features available).

The days go quickly. The learning is real - but the evidence ends up scattered across photos, notebooks and half-remembered moments. Spark changes that.

Snap a photo, record a voice note, or jot a quick line. Logging is so simple it fits into real family life, so you actually keep it up. Then Spark does the rest: turning your quick note into a clear written summary, organising it by learning area, and suggesting what to explore next.

Over time, every moment comes together into a beautiful portfolio — ready to look back on for years, share with family, or show a local authority if they ever ask.

Spark works in three simple steps. Log it in seconds with a photo, a voice note, or a few words. Spark then writes a clear summary and files it by learning area, so you can watch your child's learning take shape and see what to explore next. And it all comes together in a portfolio that's yours forever.

No two families learn the same way. Whether you follow Charlotte Mason, Classical, Montessori, Waldorf, unschooling, child-led, project-based or a flexible mix of your own, Spark adapts to how you actually learn. Not sure of your approach? A short quiz helps you find the style that fits.

Spark is built for real life. Add multiple children and keep each child's record in one place, tag entries with location, and capture photos, videos and voice notes as you go. Invite a partner or a tutor to log directly into your journal, and get activity ideas tailored to you — no more Pinterest rabbit-holes.

Spark is built by home educating parents who needed this themselves. It's free, forever — no ads, no selling your data, no catch.

Download Spark, add your child, and log your first moment in under a minute.
