Menu is a bit clunky, changing family members should have its own icon on the page. Would be good to book multiple classes at once. If class times change or are cancelled we should get a notification particularly when booked onto them. Nowhere to see what credit card data is stored and no way to delete it, no idea how safely this is stored.

This is so frustrating. I can’t even log in at all on the app.  I can on the website but when I try to log into the app it sends me an email with my “credentials” but the email only contains a string of letters and numbers as my email thought the app says it’s sending the password. It’s so frustrating. I’m not bad at this kind of stuff. The system

glitchy and old UI coupled with no communication from the support team. Critical defects and glitches are simply ignored and not contactable. I would not recommend any gym owners go with Spark. We used it for a couple of years of battling uphill with the software, the app and the so-called customer team and have moved off it back to Pushpress where they actually support critical issues.

I’m new to the app and overall enjoying the experience so far, but I do have a couple of suggestions that would make it even more user-friendly. It would be really helpful to have a recurring booking feature—something that allows you to book multiple sessions at once (for example, every Tuesday for several weeks) instead of having to schedule each class individually.

Additionally, the option to sync bookings with my Apple Calendar would be a great improvement, making it easier to stay organized and keep track of upcoming classes.

Ok so I am a 10 year old black belt student that uses the spark app to train at home, it works but, some people need a password and I did but it took me days to figure it out but finally I got it and also it needs some updates but over all I like it but it needs some new features thank yall byeeee

Version 8.5.6 has broken the Shop feature so that it doesn’t show up most of the time when the app is loaded therefore you cannot add a course or download any Katas. This problem is persistent in iOS and android on Google play. How could this not have been tested or confirmed?!
