## What is Spark of Courage?

Said yes again when you meant no? Or lying awake before tomorrow's conversation — because you know what you think, but not how to say it?

Spark of Courage is a gentle nudge for everyone who dreads difficult conversations. Briefly describe what's going on (or tap an example) and within a minute you get three things: a clear read of the situation and why you have every right to ask, a small nudge to get started, and your words — three or four sentences in your own voice, ready to say out loud or send. Plus a backup sentence to keep in reserve if they push back.

You pick the tone: Kind & Clear, or Short & Steady. No power games, no slick tricks — just staying friendly and standing firm.
