However, it desperately needs the ability to handle more than one voicemail box. Many of us use a single phone for multiple numbers nowadays (e.g., business and personal lines). Having to jump through hoops or choose just one number to track defeats the purpose of an all-in-one voicemail manager. Is this a problem with Spark voice message App not being compatible with iOS 18.0.1 ?? No one seems to know. ### 2/5 — App is OK but support is terrible *2024-07-06, version 4.0.17* The app is OK. But I have contacted Spark a number of times due to an visibility issue on the app. You get to talk to AI. And AI is dumb. The few humans I dealt with were equally useless. No understanding and did not bother to go back to our email trail. However, they must have done an update a few months ago because I’ve been locked out ever since and can’t access my voicemail acc anymore. ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-05-02, version 4.0.11* Down loaded the app. And worked great for 3 weeks then all of a sudden it’s asking me to put my number in to activate my account ! And then all it says is it can’t activate my account with a error code 500 . So deleted the app . It’s not. It’s taken half the night and early morning calls to the Philippines to find no service except text mobile phone and email. I now have no internet No data no home phone !!! Im told I have may have to wait another 24 hours.’!!! I’m 76 and not a contortionist nor a technition and Ive had to get down on the floor to check cables and connections. I wish I’d left things as they were with Vodafone ### 2/5 — Needs (a lot of) work *2022-09-28, version 4.0.6* Great little idea for an app, but has been poorly executed. The fact it “refreshes” every single time you open the app, stoping you from doing anything is bad. Worse yet, it doesn’t even load new voice mails that way most of the time. Refreshing also takes forever for some reason and makes the app a massive pain to operate. Use background refreshing and don’t lock users out every time I open the thing. It’s almost laughable how bad it is. Transcript feature works well enough, I guess. Some funky results do happen on occasion but it’s nothing you can’t fix by listen to the voicemail itself. ### 1/5 — Poorly developed *2022-09-21, version 4.0.6* For a large company like spark, I expected a better APP. It is slow, buggy, crashes regularly and the transcriptions are so inaccurate they are basically worthless. It’s so much easier to pay the messages and read the transcripts as well. It’s also easier to not have to memorise numbers or try to find a pen. I’m able to save the vmail and go back later.
