### 5/5 — Finally, an app that really helps with desk-job pain

I’ve been sitting at my desk for long hours every day and started noticing stiff neck and back pain. SparklingTreat has been a game changer — the short guided breaks are easy to follow and they actually make me feel refreshed. I love that the videos are filmed in beautiful locations instead of the usual boring workout apps. It only takes a couple of minutes but makes a huge difference in my energy and focus. Definitely recommend for anyone working long hours at a computer!
