L’application est très simple d’utilisation, Andrea est très à l’écoute en cas de besoin ou de questions.

I own and manage a short term rental property and was looking for an app to help when we need to train a new cleaner. This app is SO helpful! I love that it is photo based so our cleaners have the reference photos right there as well as the tasks directly associated with that picture. If they forget how to stage a room or how we want a specific thing done they can check the app without having to text us and ask. It gives them more confidence they are doing things how we want it too.
I gave a 3 star review a couple years ago when the app first came out because it was exactly what I wanted but it wasn’t functioning well and kept crashing. I’m very happy to report that the developers completely revamped it and it’s now working fantastically and I’m a big fan- 5 stars!!

J’ai 3 Airbnb, dont un deux qui sont gérer à distance (je vis à 100km), et cette app m’aide à me gérer les ménages apres chaque arrivée et départ. Le fait que je peux juste partager la check-list avec un lien est hyper pratique. Je trouve aussi que le système d’horodateur avec les photos et la géolocalisation de ma femme de ménage est plutôt bien pensé ! De voir les photos arrivées sur l’application sans meme avoir à les demander à chaque fois est super! Ça m’évite à devoir appeler mes équipes toutes les 10 minutes ! Je reco vivement.

I like that the app’s checklists are concise and very customizable. I can take photos of areas that need special attention from my cleaners. The app takes the complexity out of running an Airbnb business.

This is exactly what I was looking for and I really hope the developer continues to work on it. My problem is that it has been crashing constantly so I haven’t been able to finish getting it set up. I was able to add quite a few tasks to the photos but then it’s like it got overloaded or something because now it crashes anytime I try to add more tasks. I really want to use it - the concept is perfect. Please fix this soon!

**Developer response:** Thank you for your precious feedback! 

Indeed at that time, we had some technical issues with large checklist, as we didn't expect users to create more than 200 tasks with over 50 photos.  We are sorry about that.

Now we have rebuilt and scaled our infrastructure from the ground up and there are absolutely no limits on the number of tasks and photos. 

We hope that you'd give us another chance, and please don't hesitate to email andrea@sparklist.io, we will make sure that we provide you with full and unlimited access to the app.
