Traditionally I’ve been terrible at doing my expenses and missed out on claiming ex’s, loosing paperwork and just not finding the time to submit a claim. Thank you ### 2/5 — Too many errors recently *2026-06-27* It started well, I thought it might be a great tool to stay focused on expenses etc - lately though every second scan gets errors, wrong dates, missing tax values - even the dates get misinterpreted- worst thing though - it keeps changing scans after. Not sure if it needs an update, but right now now, it’s way easier to use a classic AI service than Spark. **Developer response:** Thanks for writing this out properly, and sorry for the delay — your feedback is more useful than a rating on its own. The part that concerns me most is the last one: scans changing after the fact. If the app is altering values you've already reviewed or corrected, that's a defect we need to find and kill, not an accuracy problem to tune. Dates and tax values on German receipts are something we can measure and improve; silently overwriting your work is different. Had to restart because it was not counting income with email scans and I had to change dates. I went to delete everything so I could start over again and it completely blocked my email account. I can’t get back in here unless I pay this worthless company another subscription.
