The first time, they helped me make all the necessary changes to connect on my older iPhone. Prices are fantastic if you consider the Roaming fees of Canadian telecoms. Once connected, service has been reliable even outside major international travel centres. Especially the time that I lost my phone when I was oversea and needed to quickly reinstall the eSIM on my backup phone. This gives you data which means you can use WhatsApp as usual, get all your emails and use Google or Apple Maps as usual with no roaming fees.
