## What is Sparring Room?

It explains the features, but I’d tighten it for 1.0.2. The opening is broad, several lists repeat the same benefits, and “Evidence-Based Coaching” may suggest scientific validation we haven’t established. It also implies every review feature is free before explaining Pro.
Use this version to match the new screenshots:
Have a job interview coming up? Practice your answers out loud before the real conversation.
Sparring Room gives you an AI counterpart that asks tough follow-up questions, challenges vague answers, and pushes you to explain your contribution. After your session, see what worked and what needs improvement.
PRACTICE THE FOLLOW-UP
Preparing an opening answer is only the beginning. Rehearse what happens when the interviewer asks for specifics, questions your reasoning, or wants a clearer result.
Choose a difficulty that fits your preparation, from Calm to Hostile.
SPEAK YOUR ANSWERS
Practice with your voice or type your responses. Voice practice tracks pace, filler words, long pauses, and response timing so you can review your delivery alongside your answers.
GET SPECIFIC FEEDBACK
See your overall score, what worked, and your biggest gap. With Pro, explore your strongest and weakest responses, get a suggested rewrite, and find your next practice drill.
PREPARE FOR MORE THAN INTERVIEWS
Choose from four professional scenarios:
• Job Interview
• Salary Negotiation
• Promotion Ask
• Difficult Manager Talk
TRY YOUR FIRST SESSION
Start with one free full sparring session, including your overall score, what worked, and your biggest gap.
SPARRING ROOM PRO
Continue practicing with:
• Unlimited sparring sessions
• Full strategic reviews and coach rewrites
• Weekly drills
• Communication Score tracking
• Session history and progress tracking
VOICE PRIVACY
Speech recognition and delivery analysis are processed on-device. Sparring Room sends transcript text and derived delivery signals—not raw audio recordings—to generate AI simulations and reviews.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT DISCLAIMER
Sparring Room provides conversation practice and communication feedback for professional development. It does not provide legal, HR, employment, therapy, counseling, or professional advice.
