The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review is that it did help me improve my swing on the first day I used it as a beginner. However, 100% of the time, the “Personal Video Lessons” crash the app. At first the personal video lessons get stuck “processing” and then the app consistently crashes. Will likely cancel after the free 7 day trial and look for another app with swing analysis. ### 2/5 — Works but close to being a scam given the lack of support with customer service *2026-06-09, version 1.7.25* I want to love this app. However the support I have gotten from the company is awful. Their customer service email doesn't work. They are quick to take your money however. Also they charge you extra for the ability to share access but no clear way on how to do that. Crashes anytime I try to create the personalized training plan. Admittedly, I forgot to cancel and was sent an email from Apple that I was charged the one year fee. That’s fine. My bad. However, I emailed their customer service requesting a refund and never got a response.
