## What is Sparrows on Clotheslines?

Sparrows on Clotheslines is a cozy, one-finger physics hopper. You're a little brown sparrow making its way across a sun-warmed storybook city — hopping along sagging clotheslines, gliding between terracotta rooftops, and snacking to keep your wings going.

It's all one finger:
• On a line or a roof — stand still to rest, hold to walk, tap to jump.
• In the air — hold to fly up and forward, release to glide. Flying is fast but drains your energy.
• Walk off the edge of a clothesline and you flow straight into flight — no extra buttons.

Energy is the whole game. Flying across a gap is quick but costly; walking the line is slow but free. The only way to refuel is to EAT — snap up crumbs and seeds strung along the lines to top up your energy bar. Run out of energy in mid-air and you'll tumble, so plan your hops and keep your beak fed.

Drift across a multi-level network of clotheslines strung between buildings, each line swaying and bending under your weight. Keep an eye out for trouble: cats lounging on the rooftops, magpies cutting across the gaps, and flowerpots tipped from glowing windows.
