I’ve been introduced to Spartacus workout some time ago and this app helped me greatly with workout sessions. Great workout to make some noticeable gains and improve overall fitness. On a side note - I am really happy with app minimalistic design, makes things much easier and keeps me focused. Great job ;)

I love this workout. I did it in the last and it would kick my butt. I am glad they made this app so that I don’t need to have my own timer. All in one. It is a great workout. Thank you for making this workout into an app.

So my buddy and I have been looking for this app forever. We used it around 2013 to 2014, and have never found a work out more effective. These combination of exercises in this progression is hands-down the most effective HIIT. There are a few exercises missing from the original. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to increase their VO2 max, endurance, and overall fitness level. Thank you to the developers of this app for bringing it back.  - SFC(Ret) USA

The work out time cannot be adjusted- default is 40, when you change to lass or more stopwatch stays at 40. For isolation workouts app neads to notify when yo switch to other arm/ leg- at 20 seconds.

Love the workout but it is always for me 30 seconds with ten second rest the interface changes nothing which is a bit annoying. Bought with no ads thought it was behind some hidden pay wall but nope, same bug.

Developer fixed! Highly recommend
