Can’t log in. “Support” which is non existent is only available via email to which they never reply. This company sells their garbage products to low rent dealers to track their own vehicles. It is not a consumer friendly product. It works periodically and then stops. I made contact with them by email and they fix it and it works for about a week and then stops. They always have an excuse and get it restarted but it will fail again and again. Have it on car for 7 months and it is not worth $100 let alone $1000 as installed by dealership. I contacted dealership and they give me the runaround and take responsibility for this garbage app. If dealership forces it on you walk away from the dealership. Go somewhere else. This was a “mandatory dealer installed option” and after the first month i took it out and threw it away. If given the choice, I would not have paid extra for this. Similar information can be had from the MyChevy app. But I will say this app does provide more detailed trip information than the MyChevy app. For example, the MyChevy app will show where a trip began and ended but this app will show the route taken and at which points the car was traveling over the speed limit. I could see how this info would be useful to a parent trying to monitor their teen driver. ### 4/5 — Purpose served but improve UX *2022-01-07, version 1.2.8* It would be great to have face ID login functionality. ### 2/5 — Needs updating *2025-05-14, version 1.3.7* I think the app needs major bug fixes & updating. It never shows exact location of car when needed and it takes forever to update the location. Accurately time of day is off does not show total trips for the day. For example, I do four trips a day.
