However, all of the above r for premium aswell, as very few exercises come free. + If you do pay for premium, the programs only say easy, medium and expert and are really hard to know which level ur at. Furthermore, this app doesn’t allow u to make ur own workouts - which is the main thing of any other app. And the UI is awful.
