## What is Sparts Vendor?

Sparts Vendor is the partner app for garages, car washes and service providers on the Sparts network. Run the day's work from your phone instead of the back office.

RECEIVE AND ACCEPT WORK
See every incoming customer request with the car, the service and the location. Accept or decline in one tap. Filter by status, service type, area or date range, or search for a specific job.

QUOTE WITH CONFIDENCE
Build a quote line by line, with parts and labour priced separately and a running total the customer sees exactly as you entered it. Mark items as required or recommended so the customer knows what matters. Send it and get notified the moment it is approved and paid.

MOVE THE JOB FORWARD
Advance each job through its real stages, from accepted through to ready for pickup. Attach photos and video of damage found and work completed, so there is never a dispute about what was done.

KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE EARNED
Track gross sales, the Sparts commission and your net payout for every order and every payout period. See what has been settled and what is still coming.

STAY IN CONTROL
Set yourself open, busy or closed. Review your working hours, coverage areas and the makes you specialise in. Read your customer ratings and reviews as they come in.

NEVER MISS A JOB
Push notifications for every new request, approved quote, status change and completed payout — so you can leave the app and still know when something needs you.
