## What is Spatcho Street?

Spatcho is a tool that links couriers and dispatchers

Spatcho is used by cycle messengers, bike sharing companies, and companies needing to plan and route tours.

Spatcho is actually two different pieces of software working as a team:

Spatcho HQ is the web-based delivery management tool where dispatchers can create or accept orders from clients, assign them to couriers and track their delivery progress.

Spatcho Street lets couriers receive their orders from HQ and do mobile dispatching by creating and assign orders to themselves or other couriers. Deliveries sent by HQ appear seconds later in the Spatcho Street of the selected courier with all the information they need to complete the job. He/she can then use Spatcho Street to confirm the pick up and drop of the delivery, with every update instantly appearing on HQ.
