## Newest reviews (6 of 26)

### 1/5 — Worst app ever

*2020-04-20, version 1.2.5*

I love how this app has the feature of making the user want to kill themselves.

### 1/5 — Too sensitive

*2020-04-13, version 1.2.5*

App corrects too many lines drawing w your finger is too hard on this app.

### 1/5 — I don’t have a pen for my phone!!!

*2020-04-13, version 1.2.5*

Let’s try again.
99% correct solution lines
1% missing solution lines
1% incorrect lines

### 1/5 — Not good

*2020-04-02, version 1.2.2*

It’s just way to picky about how correct the lines have to be WHEN YOU ARE USING YOUR FINGER.

### 1/5 — Does not work right

*2020-03-20, version 1.1.3*

App takes close to 10 minutes to boot up. Always super laggy and such. Needs to be fixed asap

### 1/5 — App Is Way Too Picky

*2020-02-26, version 1.1.2*

I draw the shape, it won’t accept it. So I hit hint which makes me loose stars and it highlights my whole drawing in green which means it’s right. Apparently the lines have to be EXACTLY on the grid which is almost impossible because of how laggy the app is and the fact that you use your finger to draw on a phone screen. For some of the shapes, the screen can’t be zoomed out enough to see the whole shape.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — why no stars for no course credit?

*2025-03-18, version 1.13*

dumb rule

### 1/5 — Outdated and old

*2023-09-17, version 1.13*

It’s so frustrating to use this app because it lacks palm rejection and it has one of the worst if not the worst eraser you can ever use. I hate this app with passion

### 1/5 — This is the most pathetic excuse for an app in 2022.

*2022-09-13, version 1.12*

The concept of this app is genius and will really help students, however its current iteration is incredibly pathetic. This performs like an app from 2011, it lacks palm rejection, a smart eraser, and vector graphics. eGrove should be ashamed of the buggy mess they are charging people to use. On the weekends the app is objectively unusable due to the lack of server space. I would not recommend this for your school or institution, it is not worth the headache.

### 1/5 — Terrible

*2022-03-16, version 1.11*

It’s just really frustrating to work with as a student

### 1/5 — Utterly infuriating

*2022-02-25, version 1.11*

You need tiny, needle-like fingertips for this festering sore of an app. Forced by my instructor to download and use. In the future I will not hesitate to verbally trash this app, that instructor, and the class this was required for. Seriously reconsidering my career choice after this.

### 1/5 — Engineering class

*2021-08-03, version 1.5.4*

My teacher mr bonds told me to download the app so and now we are watching a boring presentation so I have little faith.

### 1/5 — Settings option ??

*2021-02-03, version 1.5.1*

Is there a way where I can change my name? I did not add the right name and need to do so but do not see a settings option.

### 1/5 — Bad

*2020-12-02, version 1.4.2*

this app is really dumb. it needs to be super precise which is nearly impossible to do on a smart phone with your fingers. waste of time and money

### 1/5 — From a student

*2020-10-05, version 1.4.2*

this app has a great feature making you want to kill yourself

### 1/5 — Way too picky with lines, needs a “snap to grid” option

*2020-04-30, version 1.2.5*

The app is way too picky with lines considering many users only have the option to use their fingers to draw. Drawing is unintuitive and comparable to drawing on Snapchat. This could easily be fixed with a “snap to grid” or “straight line” tool. It’s too hard to draw perfect dotted lines, so a dotted line tool would be nice too.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — This is most amazing app!

*2025-06-25, version 1.13*

It’s so great if you’re studying an engineering discipline. 💯

### 5/5 — Some fixes needed

*2023-06-01*

Hi i really like this app but i would like some additional features.
Firstly the progress doesn't save.
The isometric paper when drawing should have a snap lock / grid lock to be at the exact points. Also instead of having to hold just allow the option for straight lines.
These would help drastically as my main goal is to improve my brain and not my drawing accuracy.
Thank you

### 5/5 — Actually helpful

*2022-06-23, version 1.12*

My physics teacher gave this to us and I actually feel like I’m learning. I can visualize things better

### 5/5 — This app is awesome!!

*2022-06-23, version 1.12*

My teacher introduced me to this app and it really helped me understand how to visualize things in 2d and 3d.

### 5/5 — Great customer service

*2022-01-31, version 1.10*

I had a problem using the app and they were very responsive and helpful with identifying the problem and finding a solution.

### 5/5 — Submit Button Disappeared?

*2020-10-28, version 1.4.2*

iOS 14.1, the submit button is gone.

### 5/5 — Much improved

*2020-06-22, version 1.3.1*

I teach engineering graphics and assigned this to my class. The new version is much improved. Zoom and straight line make it a lot easier to draw. New hints make the hardest problems doable for full credit. The students and I are loving it!! Thanks

### 3/5 — Good concept Poor QOL

*2026-04-25, version 1.13*

I do believe this is a great tool as a student but the app is really frustrating to utilize sometimes. No palm rejection, no “erase all” feature, the eraser is just so clunky overall…

### 2/5 — Needs Improvement (From a Student)

*2022-02-05, version 1.11*

I’m a student and have to use this app for classwork. The duration of some of the things on here are ridiculous. I understand it’s for improvement but one lesson shouldn’t be 30+ drawings long. I get maybe it’s expected you have a fair, reasonable teacher, but for many of us that’s not the case. Additionally there are just many flaws with the drawings. If a line isn’t straight enough it’s marked, there’s a thing that makes the line straight for you but it makes you sit and wait like 3 seconds, it may not seem like much time but it really adds up as you complete more and more drawings. Hidden lines are another problem, they don’t work. The app rarely recognizes them even if you draw them how you’d like. I’m being fair giving this a 2 start review, I do think this app can help us learn, but there are some major flaws that make this really hard for some students and teachers seem to overlook it.

### 2/5 — Email verification

*2020-12-11, version 1.4.2*

It’s going on 15 minutes since I first set up my account on a PC and I’m still waiting to receive an email to confirm. Yes I have double and triple checked the email address and it is correct. I’m certainly losing patience here considering I’m using this program for class and I can’t be sitting here waiting the entire class period to get an email.
