## What is SPATIO Service?

You don't want to spend too much time on administration. Completing work orders or inspection reports must be quick and simple. No more hassle with paper receipts. Direct insight into the stock. Take photos and link them to work orders. Complete checklists quickly and error-free. Have receipts signed by the customer and sent to the office and to the customer at the touch of a button.
It is possible with “SPATIO Mobile Service”, the app for mechanics!
 
·         Op kantoor worden werkbonnen (nieuwplaatsing / onderhoud / storingen / inspecties) ingegeven in het backoffice systeem*.
·         Deze bonnen kunnen door de planners met een overzichtelijk online planbord worden ingepland in verschillende rayons / voor verschillende monteurs*
·         Je ontvangt de werkbonnen op jouw iPad of iPhone
·         Zelf in de app bonnen aanmaken
·         Met gekoppelde navigatie software kom je zonder omwegen op plaats van bestemming
·         Je start de werkzaamheden. De app houdt nu zelf de gewerkte uren bij.
·         Ook reistijd, pauzes en andere uren (vergaderingen, vrije tijd) kun je bijhouden
·         Wanneer je materiaal / onderdelen gebruikt kun je deze selecteren en op de werkbon zetten
·         De voorraad van ieder artikel kun je bekijken voor jouw bus en je kunt zien of een artikel in het centraal magazijn op voorraad is
·         Wanneer je een onderdeel mist dan kun je deze direct bestellen bij het centraal magazijn
·         Met de camera kun je foto’s maken en deze koppelen aan de werkbonnen
·         Checklists zijn snel en foutloos in te vullen. Dit kunnen checklists zijn voor het oplossen van storingen, het uitvoeren van onderhoud of het uitvoeren van inspecties*
·         Je kunt de werkbon laten tekenen door de klant. De bon wordt dan verstuurd naar de klant en naar kantoor.

Indien je beschikt over een licentie voor de SPATIO Sync server kan de app gekoppeld worden met jouw backoffice en het SPATIO planbord.
