I don’t want a plan or to sign up, I lost my remote and I just want to open the app and turn on my walking pad. I lost my remote for it otherwise I’d use that. Can you make an option to skip the sign up part? I’ve had to go through the part where it asks me my personal info and creates a plan for me like 10 times when all I want to do is click go on my treadmill.. I’m even logged in but it still asks me those dumb questions every time.. super annoying if I can find another way to use my treadmill in a simpler method, I definitely will ### 1/5 — Defective app *2025-07-20* I use it with Powermax Treadmill, it resets at 0.25 KM to 0 and this keeps on and on. Secondly, you can describe your device connection problem in detail by sending an email to help@onespax.com, including treadmill brand model/mobile phone brand model, and we will solve it immediately, thank you for your support and understanding! ### 2/5 — fix the issues already *2025-06-05* i love the videos included, it encourages me to use the treadmill. however, the stats dont match the treadmill or even the workout program im following at all. i did a 30 min, 3 km workout and it showed i had only done 0.19km? if this was a small one time issue itd be fine but according to other reviews from 2 years ago till now this is a common issue that should really get fixed, telling customers to contact your help email wont really do anything if every workout puts out the wrong information everytime ### 1/5 — No Pilates board and the app is NOT free *2025-05-15* I have the Pilates board and a paper came with it to scan and download the app. When the app opened it asked a lot of questions and when I’m done wasting my time answering the questions it wanted me to pay for the exercises, and there is NO Pilates workouts. This is not good. Any help? ### 1/5 — Horrible App *2025-04-19* There was no clear way to cancel my free trial on the app and by the time I figured it out, it already charged me for an annual membership that I didn’t want, but had no choice to keep since they offered no refund even if it’s a day later and you haven’t used it. So I had no choice, but to use the membership that I got to get my money’s worth, but imagine my surprise when I open the app after not using it for a day just to find that everything has gone to the start up screen as if it’s my first time using it. This made me lose the account and now I have no membership and they have no way to restore it on the app. The only place I saw to contact them on the app was a feedback section and they still haven’t gotten back to me at all. Whatever you do, do you not get a membership with them, just stay away from the app all together. The app says they have all kinds of treadmill programs but when you buy it, they had one I could use!! There was “none available at this time”! You have to answer 10 or so questions before you can even get to attempting to hook up your device to the equipment. It makes you not trust the app so then why would you sign up for whatever they’re selling?
